By accessing, browsing, evaluating job listings, submitting employment applications, publishing comments, or otherwise utilizing any software component, digital interface, or informational resource hosted on https://zynsave.app/, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our companion Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules framed thereunder, as amended. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately terminate your access to and cease all use of Zynsave App.

2. Description of Platform Services & Operating Scope

Zynsave App is an online career discovery portal, employment intelligence repository, and technological talent matching ecosystem operating continuously since 2020. Our core services include, but are not limited to:

• Aggregating, cataloging, and curating verified corporate job openings across leading Indian technology corridors (including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Kochi);
• Providing candidate job search, multi-factor filtering, and direct application submission mechanisms;
• Publishing in-depth career guides, compensation intelligence benchmarks, system design interview curricula, and technology trend reports;
• Providing interactive community commentary and knowledge exchange avenues for industry professionals.

You acknowledge that Zynsave App acts solely as an informational intermediary and conduit connecting job seekers with prospective employers. Zynsave App is neither an employer, an employment agency, nor a recruitment contractor with respect to the third-party job openings posted on the Platform, except where a listing explicitly identifies Zynsave App as the hiring corporate entity.

3. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To access or utilize the services provided on Zynsave App, you affirm and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or possess legal majority status under the laws of your jurisdiction, capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• All information you submit to Zynsave App—including your legal name, email address, contact numbers, resume credentials, educational history, and employment track record—is truthful, accurate, complete, and not misleading;
• You will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• You will promptly update any information submitted to preserve its accuracy and completeness throughout the duration of your platform engagement.

4. Candidate Application Guidelines & Rules of Conduct

When applying for employment opportunities cataloged on Zynsave App, candidates agree to maintain the highest standards of professional ethics. Specifically, candidates agree that they shall NOT:

• Submit fabricated, fraudulent, forged, or plagiarized resume documents, certificates, or portfolios;
• Apply to job positions for which they have no genuine employment intent or qualification;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent an employer's designated recruitment procedures or contact hiring managers through harassment, unsolicited automated messaging, or spamming;
• Submit any file, attachment, or hyperlinked document containing computer viruses, trojan horses, worms, ransomware, or other malicious software code.

Zynsave App reserves the unilateral right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, ban, or delete any candidate application found to be in violation of these professional standards.

5. Employer & Job Listing Disclaimers

While Zynsave App deploys rigorous editorial checks to catalog authentic, cost-center-allocated employment opportunities with verified Indian and multinational corporations, we make no explicit or implied representations, guarantees, or warranties concerning:

• The absolute accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of any listed job vacancy;
• The hiring timeline, selection decisions, or recruitment outcomes of third-party employers;
• The financial viability, solvency, or workplace conditions of any hiring enterprise;
• The accuracy of third-party salary disclosures, bonus structures, or equity grant valuations beyond the published parameters.

Candidate Vigilance Warning: Legitimate employers featured on Zynsave App will never request monetary deposits, security payments, processing fees, laptop bond fees, or software license purchases from candidates during any stage of the recruitment process. If any individual or entity purporting to represent a company listed on our platform solicits financial payments from you, you must report this immediately to contact@zynsave.app or call our fraud hotline at 044-2878808.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

All content, features, visual designs, typography, brand assets, logos, button icons, audio/visual media, software scripts, source code, data compilations, and styling architecture present on Zynsave App are the exclusive proprietary property of Zynsave App or its technology development partners (including PATEL INFOMATIC, www.patelinfomatic.co.in), protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and intellectual property laws.

6.1 Permitted Limited License

Zynsave App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access, view, and read the content hosted on the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial career development and job search endeavors.

6.2 Prohibited Intellectual Property Exploitation

Except as expressly authorized in writing by Zynsave App, you shall NOT:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Platform, including job listings, blog articles, or market benchmarks;
• Use any automated robot, spider, scraper, crawler, deep-link, or algorithmic data harvesting tool to extract data from Zynsave App;
• Frame, inline-link, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any portion of Zynsave App into any other website or application without prior written permission;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, stylesheet, or script associated with the Platform.

7. User-Generated Content & Editorial Comment Policies

Zynsave App provides interactive comment sections across our 20 career guide articles, enabling registered and verified users to share insights, queries, and feedback. By submitting any comment, text, or query to our Platform ("User Content"), you grant Zynsave App a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, display, distribute, translate, and archive such content across any media channels.

7.1 Content Moderation Standards

You agree that your User Content will not contain material that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, abusive, obscene, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable;
• Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any third party;
• Contains unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, pyramid schemes, or affiliate solicitation links;
• Discloses confidential, non-public trade secrets or proprietary business information of past or present employers.

Zynsave App reserves the discretionary right, but assumes no affirmative obligation, to monitor, review, edit, redact, or delete any User Content that violates these standards or is deemed detrimental to the community.

8. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Disclosures

The Platform displays commercial advertisements served by third-party ad networks, notably Google AdSense. Users acknowledge that these advertisements are generated through algorithmic ad auctions and contextual matching protocols.

Zynsave App does not formally endorse, sponsor, or recommend any specific commercial product, service, or vendor featured within third-party advertisements. Any interactions, purchases, or agreements entered into between you and third-party advertisers found on or through Zynsave App are solely between you and the advertiser. Zynsave App shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a consequence of such commercial dealings.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICES, CONTENT, JOB POSTINGS, ARTICLES, AND MATERIALS ON ZYNSAVE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, ZYNSAVE APP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ZYNSAVE APP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED WITHIN THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE TIMELY CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVERS HOSTING IT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL TECHNICAL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS, INTERVIEW RATES, OR SALARY OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THIS PLATFORM.

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ZYNSAVE APP, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR DEVELOPERS (INCLUDING PATEL INFOMATIC) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, MATERIALS, JOB LISTINGS, OR FUNCTIONS OF ZYNSAVE APP, EVEN IF WE OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING ZYNSAVE APP, OR FIVE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR ₹500), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zynsave App, its parent entities, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers (including PATEL INFOMATIC) from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal and attorneys’ fees) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your access to or use of the Platform and its career resources;
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Any inaccurate, fraudulent, or defamatory content submitted through your job applications or comments.

12. Electronic Communications, Notices & Digital Record Consent

When you visit Zynsave App, transmit electronic mails, complete interactive application forms, or otherwise communicate with our systems digitally, you are engaging in electronic communication with us. You formally consent to receive communications from Zynsave App electronically, including via email notifications, automated portal alerts, SMS updates (where authorized), or notices posted directly upon the Platform.

You agree that all agreements, disclosures, statutory notices, policies, and other electronic records provided to you satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant legal enactments.

13. Force Majeure & Operational Continuity

Zynsave App, its technology affiliates, and developmental contractors (including PATEL INFOMATIC) shall not be deemed in default, held financially liable, or subject to damages for any delay, service interruption, degradation of platform performance, or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, labor unrest, acts of terrorism, armed hostilities, natural catastrophes, floods, earthquakes, regional power grid failures, submarine fiber-optic cable cuts, telecommunications infrastructure disruptions, cyber-attacks, distributed denial of service (DDoS) assaults, governmental orders, emergency declarations, or actions taken by competent judicial or administrative authorities beyond our reasonable operational control.

14. Employer Screening Disclaimer & Verification Thresholds

While Zynsave App executes rigorous editorial verification before publishing employment vacancies—including verifying company corporate identity numbers (CIN), GSTIN records, and authorized talent acquisition contacts—candidates explicitly understand that Zynsave App does not perform physical background checks, credit evaluations, or workplace safety audits on third-party employers. Candidates assume full personal responsibility for verifying employer credentials before attending physical interviews, signing employment contracts, or relocating between Indian states.

15. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Territorial Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws.

Any dispute, claim, difference, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law situated in Delhi West, National Capital Territory of Delhi, India, and all parties hereby irrevocably submit to the personal and territorial jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and entire agreement between you and Zynsave App concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and discussions, whether written or verbal.
